1、You can order all oil paintings shown in our website online directly. Provided there's no one satisfy you, please send the drawing draft you want to our mailbox with required size, quantity, quality lever.

2、Upon shipment of your order, we will forward you an order confirmation via e-mail in 2 working days which will breakdown all charges and give you the total amount of your bill. If you do not receive verification, it may be your order was either not processed or that you are unable to receive emails from us (an occasional issue). Please let us know if this is the case so that we can send via alternative email accounts.

3、We charge 50% of the total amount as a deposit before production, once receiving your payment, we'll paint for you immediately. Normally our processing time for your order is approximately 14 ~ 21 business days.

4、When the order is completed or partial completed, we will take pictures and send you by e-mail for your check and accept.

5、The rest 50% payment should be paid off before delivery. Usually, it takes 2-5 days to arrive in your house by UPS, DHL, FedEx and TNT Express channel, 7-10 days by air freight and about one month by sea freight.

Minimum Quantity

Exchange & Refund Policy

Receipt confirmation
When you receive the right merchandise, please notice us or we will maybe send you an e-mail to confirm.
Damaged merchandise
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you find the merchandise was damaged, please do not accept it and inform us immediately, (once you don’t find the damage upon receipt, please take pictures and inform us within 48 hours), we will contact the forwarder to deal with it at once. Meanwhile, we will immediately exchange or refund all goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Unsatisfied quality
We send you photos of completed painting before it is shipped for your check and accept. Any improvement requested is made so at no extra cost at that time.
If in the unlikely event the painting was approved based on the photos but found to be unsatisfactory upon receipt, please inform us within 7 days from receipt of order, we will immediately exchange or refund all goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
