PACKAGE
If the quantity is small, unframed paintings are rolled in a hard tube.
If the quantity is big, unframed paintings will be flatted putted in the hard carton.
They are also safely packed with plastic layers in between.
Frames and framed paintings will be sent in a specially designed box with foam protection.
SHIPMENT
Our price is based on FOB Xiamen terms, not including shipping charges & import duties or taxes.
We do not hide any cost of shipping from you. You are quoted the best favorable price we bargained from forwarder.
1、For small order, we normally send by express delivery (Door To Door), for example UPS, DHL, TNT, and so on, which spends 2-5 working days.
You will be informed your unique “tracking number” as soon as your order is dispatched so that you may follow the entire progress of the delivery via their websites easily.
This number is only available at the time of dispatch and sometimes takes a few hours to appear on their system after our notification by email to you.

The picture of Impressionism style should be added 3% --5% of the weight; and the picture drawn by knife should be added 20% --60% of the weight.
International Import Duty
Will our customer have to pay customs duty? This varies from country-to-country.
Generally, our customers will not have to pay duty on personal items less than $500 in value and in most countries hand-painted oil paintings on canvas do not attract duty.
However, please check the Customs or the postal authorities in your country for details.
